- Participate in RFx responses by positioning the capabilities of Genesys solutions.
- Deliver compelling technical and functional presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Identify pain points and opportunities in customers’ current operations and propose Genesys-based solutions.
- Advise on complex system integration, architecture, and interoperability with third-party platforms.
- Support value analysis exercises such as benefit benchmarking, ROI, TCO, and business case development.
- Work closely with partners to transfer knowledge on Genesys innovations, best practices, and product updates.
- Support sales teams during the contracting phase, providing technical insights and risk assessments.
- Proven experience with Genesys or similar CX/CXaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based customer experiences technologies.
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and solution architecture.
- Skilled in managing customer expectations and influencing strategic decisions.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Prior experience working in LATAM markets is a strong advantage.
