- Responsibilities:MEDIACollaborate with the digital media agency to design and execute integrated digital campaigns, balancing brand awareness and performance-driven e-commerce goals.
- Strategically allocate the coop media budget across e-retail partners to maximize ROI and drive sales performance.
- Ensure all off-site communications align with Diors global brand guidelines and strategic priorities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to meet sell-out targets, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee media budget tracking and ensure expenditures remain within allocated limitsCRMBuild and maintain a centralized customer database in Agenda Dior (or future platforms), integrating data from e-commerce and perfumery channels.
- Develop and execute a customer marketing plan to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Identify and implement CRM opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem to elevate the customer journey.
- Partner with e-retailer teams to develop a cohesive CRM strategy aligned with Diors brand vision.
- Identify CRM triggers and opportunities to enhance the Dior customer experience.
- Ensure seamless customer interactions with Dior across all retail touchpointsAnalyze CRM campaign results to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in digital paid media (agency or in-house marketing preferred).
- CRM experience is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
