Our client architects the buildout of simplified, integrated, and compliant technology stacks.Their expertise in both consulting and product development supports clients from Clinical and quality management to widespread and profitable commercialization.Requisitos:JOB OVERVIEWIn this role, you will help design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance full-stack solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.Your work will support innovation, compliance, and digital transformation in the life sciences sector, particularly for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.You will apply your expertise in technologies such as MSSQL, .NET/C#, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Logic Apps, while ensuring alignment with compliance standards including ISO 27001:2023, HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and CISA’s Secure by Design principles.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, Azure Functions, Microsoft Entra ID, and MSSQL, focusing on Security, Performance, and scalability.
  • Deploy applications within Azure cloud environments, utilizing Logic Apps, PowerApps, Azure DevOps, and Azure Management API.
  • Ensure system and application design aligns with CISA’s Secure by Design, OWASP, NIST SSDF 800-218, and ISO 27001:2023 frameworks.
  • Integrate authentication and authorization solutions using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
  • Transform and develop frontend User Interfaces using technology such as Radzen and PowerApps for rapid prototyping and development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with life sciences & Cybersecurity domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and promote CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Document technical architectures, maintain compliance with audit standards, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Stay current on local/state privacy laws, evolving security threats, and data protection best practices.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree recommended in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of software development experience, preferably within regulated industries such as life sciences or healthcare
  • Proven experience developing and scaling cloud-first SaaS platforms, especially on Microsoft Azure
  • Track record of delivering secure, compliant solutions aligned with HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001:2023, and NIST SSDF 800-218 standards
Relevant certifications preferred, including:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET (Core & Framework), MSSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure Management API, PowerApps, Radzen, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
  • Familiarity with secure coding standards and threat modeling aligned with CISA’s Secure-By-Design and OWASP Top 10
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
