- Contribute to defining and executing sales and marketing strategies with acquiring partners in designated markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, their clients, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions on Pix International for partner sales teams and merchants adopting the solution.
- Support trade marketing initiatives to accelerate the use and adoption of Pix International.
- Evaluate technical issues on-site with merchants and share findings with the Support team.
- Assist in negotiations with major clients of strategic partners.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline in collaboration with the New Business team.
- Conduct meetings with prospects and partners, presenting solutions and exploring opportunities.
- Organize and carry out business trips to strengthen relationships and accelerate negotiations.
- Represent PagBrasil at industry events, supporting the Sales team.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the technical and financial flows of our solutions, highlighting competitive advantages.
- Understand standard international contracts and draft them under Legal and Compliance supervision.
- Negotiate prices, deadlines, and commercial terms aligned with company strategy.
- Guide and monitor the homologation and onboarding process for medium- and high-complexity clients.
- Maintain follow-ups and record all interactions in the CRM for tracking and forecasting.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and strategic committees, providing market insights.
- Support contract renegotiations and risk mitigation with strategic clients alongside the Sales Director, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Share client insights with Product and Technology teams.
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and contracts in compliance with legal, governance, and internal guidelines.
- Support clients during the first year of operations, ensuring growth and successful adoption of PagBrasil solutions.
- Availability for travel.
- Fluent English and intermediate Spanish.
- Valid U.S. visa.
- Professional experience in commercial roles such as Account Manager, Customer
- Success, or Business Development.
- Experience in the payments industry.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce or acquiring markets.
- Understanding of trade marketing strategies.
- Experience in consultative B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with large enterprises.
