Job Title: Sales DirectorResponsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the region
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Mentor, coach, and support sales staff to enhance their performance and professional developmentRequirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English
