Provide third level support for any issues within the IP Backbone network.
Provide training to other support and operations teams.
Provide expert level support for complex customer issues.
Define rescue plans for complex customer issues and major network outages.
Responsible for providing technical input for postmortem analysis.
Provide dual validation for complex network changes.
Perform traffic tuning to alleviate congestion points.
Create troubleshooting guidelines.Management of Network Optimization projects:
Review and validate N-plans
Review and validate configuration guidelines.
Plan and execute pilots to test new software or features.
Create, review MOP's (Method of Procedures).
Perform risk analysis for network changes.Automation development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop automation tools to support the needs of the organization.
Perform validation testing of NSO packages developed by Engineering.
Develop automation scripts to simplify day to day activities.People Management:
