This position plays a crucial role in shaping scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions and requires a systems-minded developer who thrives in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership to bring complex projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutions
  • Analyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
RequirementsEducation & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or in final stages of completion)
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software development
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in .NET and C#
  • Strong experience with SQL
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience with distributed systems and full-stack development
  • Comfortable working in Agile development environments
  • Architectural thinking and systems-level understanding
