• From brief to execution to performance tracking, your job is to ensure everything runs smoothly, aligned with client objectives, and above all - effectively.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain strategic relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growthCoordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market contextMonitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as neededIdentify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client valueManage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountabilityREQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environmentExcellent communication skills in both English and VietnameseStrong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
