- Leading a data science team to impact the business.
- Managing multiple stakeholders from different regions of the world.
- Leading the CX design & research team to take leverage of qualitative data and perceptions.
- Supporting the development of new business lines with data.
- Developing and reviewing SQL codes, R and/or Python.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Technical skills such as SQL, Python or R.
- Data visualization knowledge.
- Storytelling knowledge.
- Statistical knowledge.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain data insights to non-data stakeholders.
