Voice Talent Compensation Analyst

• This project will involve gathering information on hourly rates, buyout structures, and emerging trends in the voice talent industry across various global locales.
• Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Locale Expert to conduct research on voice talent compensation within Brazil.
• You will be responsible for reaching out to local studios, voice talent agencies, and industry experts to gather pricing information and insights into the current market dynamics.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local voice talent landscape and excellent communication skills.
• Responsibilities:Conduct research within Brazil to determine current voice talent hourly rates and buyout practices for various media, including but not limited to narration, advertising, and potentially AI use cases.
• Gather information on pricing differences between union and non-union talent, where applicable.
• Identify emerging trends in voice talent compensation within the locale.
• Compile findings into a clear and concise report.
• Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) with the project lead.
• Required Skills and Experience:Native-level fluency in Portuguese (Brazil).
• Business proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Familiarity with the local voice talent industry, potentially as a voice talent, in casting, studio operations, or related fields such as media transcription or international language operations.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
