Responsibilities:-Create and perform tests to identify software problems
-Analyze and describe bugs and errors found during tests
-Document results of tests for product and software development team
-Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
-Works together with engineering to help delivering expected behavior for applications
-Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test coverage plans and cases
-Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
-Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsRequisitos:Required Skills:-Proven work experience in software quality assurance of 4 years, in-depth technical support (tier 2 or above) or similar function
-Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
-Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
-Knowledge and understanding of web services testing, http protocols and transactional formats (JSON)
API related tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)
-Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
-Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
-English and PortugueseDesired Skills:-Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
-Software programming languages and development
-Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP
-Experience with QA in DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) workflows or similar software applications
-Being able to skillfully query relational and non-relational databases
-Experience with performance and/or security testing
-Experience in Cypress
