- Support strategy formulation projects focused on operational excellence, innovation, and growth
- Conduct internal and external analyses (market, competitors, customer segments) to identify opportunities and risks
- Gather and analyze data within the insurance and financial services industries
- Develop insights using benchmarking against competitors and best-in-class companies
- Assist in structuring business problems, forming hypotheses, and guiding data collection and analysis
- Translate research findings into clear recommendations and business solutions
- Present insights, conclusions, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Create roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
- Define and track performance metrics to measure strategy execution and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, business units) on key initiatives
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Facilitate strategic planning processes and stakeholder discussions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of research tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
- Mentor team members in areas such as project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Ensure best practices in research, benchmarking, and change management are applied
- Experience in strategy consulting, insurance, or market research/analytics
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience using structured methodologies (e.g., hypothesis-driven approach, Six Sigma is a plus)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or similar, with focus on Marketing or Research) preferred
