Job Category: InternJob Description:We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in corporate legal matters while working closely with experienced professionals in a multinational environment. ABS Legal Interns will work under the supervision of a designated Legal advisor, assisting with legal reviews, research, and day-to-day legal activities related to ABS business operations in Brazil and Latin America.What You Will Do:
The primary function of a Legal Intern is to develop skills and knowledge of ABS legal and corporate support functions, including but not limited to:
Assisting with the review and organization of contracts, NDAs, and legal documents.
Supporting legal research on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
Interacting with internal departments to gather information and support legal processes.
Supporting the Legal team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.
What You Will Need:Education and Experience
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law at an accredited university (from the 5th semester).
Must be a full-time student and eligible for an internship under Brazilian law.
Must be available to work 6 hours per day.
Intermediate to advanced English.ip.
