
Lead Acquisition & Intelligence Manager

- Leading the merchant research and qualification process across regions and categories;
- Mapping local players (supermarkets, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc.) and identifying gaps in coverage;
- Designing and refining lead tiering and scoring rules to prioritize acquisition;
- Coordinating the definition of priority zones by city based on demand vs. supply;
- Overseeing competitor mapping (coverage, pricing, slots) to support lead prioritization;
- Managing and developing analysts, ensuring high-quality pipelines for the sales team;
- Partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure leads are actionable and aligned with goals.
- Proven experience in Sales Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Development;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Solid leadership experience with ability to manage and grow teams;
- Familiarity with geo-mapping, data sourcing, CRM systems, and competitor analysis;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
- Fluency in English (mandatory) – multicultural exposure and frequent interaction with China;
- Mandarin is a strong plus.
