For everyone, everywhere.More about and .Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Early Careers Recruitment & Development Specialist to join our WiseStart team in São Paulo, to help us set up a new and exciting apprenticeship, and grow our early careers presence, demonstrating our commitment to growing local talent in the region.Our global WiseStart team is responsible for attracting, hiring and providing an exceptional experience for all of our graduate, intern, apprentice and career switchers at Wise. In this role you'll have a huge impact in shaping Wise as the best place to start your career.This role will give you the opportunity to learn about early careers and all the exciting activities we get involved in related to it - from marketing and employer branding, to recruitment and development of our new apprentices.QualificationsManage the full life cycle across recruitment and development, for apprentices, interns and graduates across Wise in São PauloLead on building out our early careers hiring in Brazil and the USPlan and host events (virtual and in person) for prospective and current apprentices and graduatesOwn a range of recruitment operations for global early careers hiring, including the management of ATS and various assessment toolsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to place apprentices, helping them create role profiles that are suitable for this demographicPartner with training providers and local third parties to ensure we have a strong pipeline of apprentices into WiseWork with the Head of WiseStart to create and deliver a comprehensive and engaging training program for apprentices, giving them the skills they need to succeed at Wise and beyondCoordinate across People and Risk teams at Wise to ensure we are compliant with government regulations on apprenticeshipsMentor and coach more junior members of the team, sharing best practices and fostering their developmentManage and influence senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and building strong, collaborative relationshipsAdditional Information5+ years of experience in recruitment, early careers, human resources or youth outreachYou have a keen interest in Early Careers, and the role of apprenticeships in developing new talent in the regionYou are excited about the opportunity to build a programme from scratchYou have exceptional verbal & written English & Portuguese skills - candidate communications are a big part of this role and our team is international, so you will be using English on a daily basisFinally, you're located in São Paulo and are legally authorised to work in BrazilFor everyone, everywhere.
