Our client is looking for a 3PL Logistics Operations Analyst to support the daily data integrity, performance monitoring, and reporting of their third-party logistics network. In this role, you will serve as the primary “eyes and ears” on freight and fulfillment data to ensure SLAs are met across DTC, Amazon, and Retail channels.Responsibilities:Own 3PL Performance & Cost Reporting

Pull and analyze daily/weekly 3PL performance reports (ShipBob, Stord, etc.)
Track delivery exceptions, induction failures, and aged orders
Build and maintain performance dashboards (pivot tables, exception tracking)
Monitor carrier transit times and exception rates by carrier and mode
Deliver weekly freight summaries by channel (volume, cost, service levels) to leadership to ensure on time SLAs for DTC, Amazon, and retail drop ship
Meet weekly with 3PL freight teams to review KPIs and recommend mode optimization strategies
Maintain and update logistics SOPs
Track all SLA violations by our 3PL so we can issue chargebacks

Manage Freight, Carrier, & Duty Operations

Track and report detailed duty costs by time period (weekly/monthly/quarterly), Country of Origin (COO), and transportation mode to provide visibility into landed cost drivers
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for TL/LTL shipments across all channels and coordinate shipments
Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
Establish, manage, and track lost package and freight claims through reimbursement
Push carriers for updates on stalled or delayed shipments
Manage capacity constraints and service disruptions

Lead Issue Resolution & Risk Management

Monitor backlogs of undelivered and exception orders
Identify and investigate missing carrier inductions
Flag Amazon OTDR and compliance risks
Partner with CX on replacements for missing shipments
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize performance

RequirementsMust-Have:

3–5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain
Previous experience with 3PL inventory management required
Hands-on experience with parcel, TL, and LTL freight
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, performance analysis)
Experience managing freight claims and carrier escalations
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong cross-functional communication skills
High ownership mindset with strong follow-through

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with NetSuite and WMS systems preferred
