- You will manage the relationship with KinetiX customers across South America.
- You will define and execute the services strategy for the region.
- You will identify solutions to maintain and improve service delivery costs.
- You will manage sales revenue for the assigned customer base.
- You will act as the external customer champion for assigned accounts.
- You will serve as the internal customer champion, connecting customer needs to technical and product teams.
- You will oversee simultaneous, large-scale, high-impact activities within the customer segment.
- You will identify and translate business needs into clear direction for technology teams.
- You will assess industry trends and position digital solutions to drive change within customer accounts.
- You will lead proposal development for new and renewed service contracts and manage related budgets.
- You will support long-term goals for margin improvement and project expansion.
- You will own service metrics, present plans, and evaluate financial risks.
- You will grow the service portfolio and deliver on financial performance expectations.
- You will lead a matrixed team coordinating across service deployment, engineering, and project management.
- Experience in technical customer management, field service operations, or related technical environments.
- Advanced English - Strong oral and written communication skills and desirable Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Spanish is desirable but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.
- Ability to document, plan, communicate, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Mapping actual spend, including supplier mapping, supply flows, technology mapping, competition risks, technology shifts, purchase amount trends, shortage impacts, risk mitigation, dual sourcing, contracting, terms and conditions, and obsolescence management.
- Driving and monitoring the selection process of new suppliers.
- Defining the sourcing plan, including supplier reduction and verification of competencies and capabilities.
- Negotiating supplier frame agreements and supply contracts, including VMI, YoY productivity, safety stock, and sustainability.
- Ensuring continuous technical and market intelligence for the respective commodities.
- Managing customer expectations and contractual obligations for installed base uptime.
- Monitoring cost and revenue performance in the region.
- Developing strategies to improve service efficiency and proposing solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Supporting field teams when needed.
- Meeting with customers to understand challenges and propose solutions.
