- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Ebury Connect clients in Brazil, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ebury's full suite of products and services, ensuring clients are fully leveraging the platform to meet their business goals.
- Strategic Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on foreign exchange strategies, international payment processes, and regulatory compliance in the Brazilian market.
- Onboarding & Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new Ebury Connect clients, and provide ongoing technical and operational support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor client activity and performance metrics, addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the Brazilian FinTech and FX space to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams
- Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to relay client feedback, influence product development, and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Proven experience in a B2B account management, sales, or relationship management role, ideally within the financial services, FinTech, or payments industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge of foreign exchange, cross-border payments, and FX risk management products.
- Experience working with APIs and platform-based solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to account management.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
