This role is part of Newell's PEAK (Planning, Engagement, Achievement, Knowledge) strategy, focused on building capability in people, processes, and technology. The TPM Reliability Manager will be responsible for enabling reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver coaching and training in core TPM pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, 6S, CenterliningLead initiatives in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, CMMS, and Spares OptimizationSupport deployment of PEAK PACS (Processes, Applications, Capabilities, Systems) across LATAMDevelop and execute Master Deployment Plans aligned with strategic goalsFacilitate workshops, kaizen events, and capability-building sessionsProvide hands-on coaching to site teams, from operators to senior leadersEnsure alignment between reliability initiatives and business performance metricsBuild and mentor local PACS teams to sustain excellenceIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong experience in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologiesProven background in coaching, training and influencig large and multilevel teamsExcellent communication skills across all organizational levelsFluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldRegional experience across LATAM countriesStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityComfortable in a support-focused role centered on capability building * Availability up to 75% travel across LATAM and North America
