Senior Sap Sd/Mm Analyst

• This professional will be responsible for providing comprehensive functional support, delivering enhancements, and driving the deployment of SAP solutions for the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, in alignment with our global standards.
• Given the lean structure of our organization, the ideal candidate must demonstrate autonomy, strong ownership, and the ability to manage tasks and priorities independently.
• Additionally, the role requires flexibility to occasionally perform operational tasks such as manual data updates or unit and integration testing together with end users, to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Key Responsibilities: Provide expert functional support for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules for all REHAU Americas entities.
• Drive the deployment, localization, and continuous improvement of the Global SAP Template for OTC (Order-to-Cash) and PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate SAP solutions aligned with corporate processes and IT strategies.
• Perform hands-on SAP SD/MM configuration in accordance with business needs.
• Prepare functional documentation for system enhancements, conversions, integrations, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Conduct and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to guarantee high-quality solutions.
• Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve incidents and support ongoing operations.
• Manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in parallel within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ensure proactive, transparent, and timely communication with stakeholders regarding ongoing tasks, issues, risks, and project statuses.
• Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong functional expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA features, including: Business Partner approach, New Data Models, New Tables, and Simplifications relevant to SD and MM processes.
• Good understanding of e-invoicing processes in Latin America and SAP DRC.
• Excellent business process knowledge in both Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycles.
• Hands-on experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SAP landscapes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (desired).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience with SAP system implementation, configuration, support, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to manage or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously within multinational environments.
