- Ensure smooth delivery of equipment from domestic or third countries to project sites, meeting project schedule requirements.
- Lead logistics cost control and optimization: calculate and analyze costs in transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and other links; reduce logistics costs through plan adjustments while ensuring service quality.
- Coordinate cross-departmental and external cooperation resources: establish close communication mechanisms with project teams, suppliers, local logistics providers, and customs authorities; resolve unexpected issues in logistics links to ensure smooth logistics chains.
- Manage logistics risks: identify potential risks in logistics processes within the Latin American region (such as policy changes, transportation delays, natural disasters, etc.
- ), formulate and implement response plans to minimize the impact of risks on projects.
- Promote standardization and normalization of logistics processes: combine the characteristics of the Latin American region and the needs of wind power projects to establish localized logistics management processes and operational specifications, improving logistics efficiency.
- Regularly report on logistics work progress: submit reports on logistics plan implementation, cost analysis, and risk assessment to management, providing data support for project decision-making.
- Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields; with at least 5 years of logistics management experience in large-scale engineering projects (especially in wind power or energy sectors).
- Familiar with the logistics market in Latin America, with knowledge of local transportation networks, customs policies, laws and regulations, and cultural customs.
- Prior work experience or practical project logistics experience in Latin American countries is preferred.
- Possess solid capabilities in logistics solution design, proficiency in multimodal transportation (sea, land, air) processes, and the ability to independently develop logistics solutions for complex projects.
- Strong risk prediction and handling capabilities, able to effectively respond to unexpected situations in logistics processes and ensure the stability of project logistics.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to proficiently conduct cross-cultural communication and coordination with domestic/foreign teams and local partners.
- Strong sense of responsibility, pressure resistance, and teamwork spirit; able to adapt to long-term business trips and adhere to the rigor and timeliness of project logistics management.
