Establish process & procedure: In conjunction with the other IOD Managers, establish consistent processes and procedures for effective handling and execution of all orders within the Product Group/Location(wherever applicable); ensure Global Process and Tools usage and provide feedback (for improvement)Drive productivity & effectiveness: Lead execution performance and drive productivity & effectiveness in project / order execution according to defined Product Group and/or overall business KPI´s. Ensure financial KPI’s are met for portfolio products’ projects / orders monthly & quarterly. Ensure transparency in workflow and status.DIFOT: Deliver assigned projects/orders as per contractual obligation in terms of scope, quality, schedule and budget (DIFOT).Management of scope creep, risks & cashflow:Assess, quantify, control and report risks on assigned projects/orders.Risks (& opportunities) analysis during execution with the support of the project team to meet contractual and BL objectives.Mitigation of risks without Contribution Margin erosionEnsure that any scope changes are identified early and change orders are submitted to the client and all change orders on portfolio products projects/order has been either closed, executed or cancelled.Drive positive project/order cash flow at all times – meet or improve proposal / contract base-line estimate.Keep customers and internal stakeholders notified of the impact of schedule and budget due to the change ordersInternal CollaborationEstimate and Drive execution plan for assigned projects/orders and lead with proper interface and foster collaboration with Supply Chain, Product Eng., PLM, Sales / Proposal and Integrated Project Execution(wherever applicable), in line with customer expectations and product BL objectivesHand over assigned projects/order to Services BL in the Regions, including Professional Services, Parts & Wears, and complete project closeout.Conduct review meetingsReporting & follow-up: Report on:High-level products projects/orders portfolio progress and financials - monthly cost and revenue forecast.Ensure quality system (Intelex) is used correctly for all external & internal NCR / CAR for product portfolio.Lead Products projects/orders portfolio - lessons learned reporting and feedback with actions items assigned and managed through closeoutEnsure RCA ( Root cause analysis) is used on all critical issues affecting overall project financial.Resource management: Define, recruit and fill appropriate staffing levels for project execution / order handling and customer support personnel within the IOD(Special IOD. Evaluate workload (in cooperation with GPLM) and plan resources.
