  • Staffing Interview and Onboarding Staff;
  • Transition plan development and Transition activities management;
  • Project plan development;
  • Data gathering/documentation;
  • Document repository;
  • Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Application architecture diagram;
  • Batch & scheduler processes;
  • Knowledge transfer coordination;
  • Vendor engagements;
  • User engagements;
  • Dry run activities/testing plan and Cutover activities/testing plan;
  • Sales/Solutioning Support;
  • English - Advanced (interactions with the technical team and cient are required).
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in application development and deployment;
  • Experience in application migration and modernization;
  • Experience in application architecture and data experience;
  • Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking;
  • Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
