
CX Strategy Intern

- Supporting the strategic planning cycle for all the different business units and global support functions within the Customer Experience area at Didi (International Business Group);
- Assisting projects: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met;
- Preparing and maintaining project meetings and documentations, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes;
- Managing Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project outcomes and strategy recommendations;
- Improving files and documentation to optimize processes and reduce errors;
- Helping to create presentations for stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating project updates and outcomes.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and extract insights to guide project strategies (mandatory);
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and presenting findings (mandatory);
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles; familiarity with tools is a plus (mandatory);
- Curiosity: Eagerness to explore new ideas and continuously learn (mandatory);
- Self-Starter: Proactive in taking initiative and driving projects forward independently (mandatory);

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, management, finance, or related fields (plus);
- Advanced Data Analysis: Experience with statistical methods and data visualization techniques (plus);
- Previous internship or relevant experience in project management or strategic roles (plus).
