- Manage the development, motivation, goal setting, retention, and performance of team members, aiming to maximize both individual and team performance, while identifying opportunities within Ball's career and succession planning.
- Lead the full financial planning cycle (annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and mid- to long-term plans) for South American countries, ensuring accuracy and critical analysis of the information provided by the team.
- Coordinate result projections, balance sheet, and cash flow activities for South America.
- Consolidate and analyze regional financial data, ensuring consistency with global policies and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide strategic support to the FP&A Director and other business leaders by translating financial data into insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and develop local FP&A teams, ensuring process integration and standardization of models and tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial analyses and reports requested by global and regional teams (BPSA).
- Develop variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
- Support pricing, profitability, CAPEX, strategic projects, and operational efficiency processes in partnership with business units.
- Drive continuous improvements in processes, report automation, and the use of analytical tools (BI, ERP, etc.).
- Support and validate return analysis for investment projects.
- Completed Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or Postgraduate studies in Finance, Strategy, or Controllership is a plus.
- Advanced or Fluent English.
- Experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in multicultural or multinational operations, with a focus on South America, is a plus.
- Strong background in financial planning, modeling, performance analysis, and executive leadership support.
- Advanced Spanish (desirable due to regional scope).

- HFM knowledge is desirable
