Human by nature.Process Specialist Pleno - Your next step?As a Process Specialist, reporting to the Manex & Process Tech Manager, you will manage the technical Packaging area of the site, with focus in technical solutions that guarantee logistics efficiency, sustainability, and protection of high value-added products.This is a 100% on-site position at our Jaguaré site.Main responsibilities:
  • Lead the packaging cost reduction and sustainability project program within the organization and application of good practices for loss reduction and transportation optimization.
  • Conduct integrity and performance tests of Packaging.
  • Be an Interface with logistics, engineering and procurement.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, with a focus on cost-benefit and quality.
  • Implement sustainable solutions aligned with brand identity.
  • Meet the standards and expectations of internal and external customers and consumers.
  • Connect with local and global teams projects package, and promoting technical standards within the team.
You?
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Food, Production Engineering or similar fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in process and packaging science, packaging engineering, machine design development and methods.
  • Specialist in the development of jerrycan, and cardboard/corrugated cardboard and palletizing will be a difference.
  • Understand the legislation and regulations of packaging.
