This role requires creating and executing go-to-market activities and collaborating with regional Sales team.Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of customers and prospects communication of newsletters, product news, specific market news, training calendars, webinar/event calendars
  • Coordinate webinar logistics, including but not limited to: coordination of presenter(s) calendars, Rehearsal, Registration Lists, Event Creation, Invitation, Reminder, Thank you Note with Survey, Recordings.
  • Enhance and adjust powerpoint presentations or other material needed for events being coordinated.
  • Load pre-defined/created email templates in Sales Force
  • Email distribution via Pardot
  • Ad-hoc support for local events logistics, if needed
  • Proof-reading of marketing communication in Portuguese and Spanish
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Attending University courses of Marketing, Communications, Languages or Translator (Portuguese/Spanish or English)
  • Be at least on the 2nd year of University Course
  • Editorial mindset with attention to detail and quality that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Team mentality, open to learn how to work within a global matrixed team environment
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Intermediate level of Spanish and/or English is required
  • Collaborative mindset is a must
  • Previous knowledge of Sales Force and/or Pardot is a plus
