- This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of payroll, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations while serving as a trusted point of support for employees and managers.
- Key Responsibilities Manage and input monthly payroll changes (salaries, charges, and benefits).
- Oversee operational processes related to employee hiring, terminations, and vacation administration.
- Monitor and support the Point System (attendance and time tracking).
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation for employee updates.
- Support employees with payroll, benefits, and labor rights inquiries.
- Administer and implement employee benefits, including iFood and Transportation Vouchers .
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data within the Factorial HR system.
- Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Departamento Pessoal and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employee benefits.
- Proficiency with HR systems (experience with Factorial is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
