  • This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of payroll, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations while serving as a trusted point of support for employees and managers.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and input monthly payroll changes (salaries, charges, and benefits).
  • Oversee operational processes related to employee hiring, terminations, and vacation administration.
  • Monitor and support the Point System (attendance and time tracking).
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation for employee updates.
  • Support employees with payroll, benefits, and labor rights inquiries.
  • Administer and implement employee benefits, including iFood and Transportation Vouchers .
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data within the Factorial HR system.
  • Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Departamento Pessoal and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employee benefits.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (experience with Factorial is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
