- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market.
- Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients.
- Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation.
- Constantly being in contact with the publisher in order to support and respond to needs from the client's side.
- Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions.
- Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
- Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian digital market
- Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers;
- Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends.
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in Client Service roles.
- Connections with local publishers, media groups, warm contacts in Brazil.
- Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus.
- Fluent Portuguese
