• Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes for product design, development, and manufacturing.
• Identify defects, non-conformance, and process inefficiencies; propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and maintain testing protocols, including automated and manual test procedures, to ensure product reliability.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
• Maintain and improve documentation related to quality systems, testing, and compliance standards.
• Job Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing or product development environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.
• ), product testing, and defect analysis.
• Proficiency in using quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• ) and testing equipment .
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred Skills Experience with automated testing tools and software quality assurance .
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies .
• Familiarity with PLM systems , ERP software , or SAP .
