  • Overseeing all EMEA functions, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements and customer needs
Owning the regional P&L, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; monitoring KPIs and operational metrics to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and a target EBIT in a complex marketLeading the EMEA leadership team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and client-centric culture; implementing best practices and standardizing operational processes across the regionEvaluating, developing, and coaching leadership and key talent; driving succession planning and team capability to secure sustainable organic growthCompleting integration of recently acquired organizations, optimizing manufacturing footprint and capacity utilization, and making high-level strategic decisions to consolidate past gains and elevate regional performanceRepresenting the company with regulators, industry associations, and major clients; advising the global CEO and executive team on strategy, risks, opportunities and progressYour profile and past experience10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or international executive roleTrack record of driving organic growth, including product line expansion, market share gains, and scaling operations * Proven experience in managing a manufacturing plant, or complex industrial operations, ideally in the chemical or adjacent sector
  • Good knowledge of European markets and regulatory environments, with the ability to navigate compliance and operational standards
  • Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a strong advantage
  • Advanced academic credentials: Master’s degree in Business, (Chemical) Engineering or a related field. MBA is an additional asset.
