  • Analyze data
  • Support the implementation of CX solutions.
  • Train and guide clients on deploying Sprinklr services.
  • Configure and optimize the platform, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Conduct testing to ensure quality and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Fluent English (speaking writing) – a must!
  • Fluency in Spanish is a big plus!
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Passion for technology and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Programming knowledge is a plus!
