- MissionThe Engineering Project Manager oversees the execution of engineering projects at RINA, ensuring quality standards, meeting deadlines, and delivering results aligned with client needs and company policies.
- The role involves promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, maintaining strong client and managerial relationships, and ensuring seamless project management from inception to completion.
- ResponsibilitiesManage engineering projects within the oil and gas sector, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and other departments, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project and Excel, tracking progress and identifying risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, making adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively address project challenges, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector (minimum 3 years).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); effective communicationwith international clients and partners will be tested.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, managers, and teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle complex challenges, and deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices within the oil and gas sector.
- Collaborative mindset with problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Advanced degree or project management certification is a plus.
