Senior Product Owner

• Own and manage the product backlog end-to-end, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and high-quality definitions
• Translate complex business and operational problems (industrial data, events, offshore operations) into clear, actionable user stories
• Define robust acceptance criteria to minimize ambiguity and rework
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to refine solutions and anticipate technical risks
• Ensure consistency between data, business logic, and user experience
• Drive delivery efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, technical debt, and definition gaps
• Maintain strong alignment with the Product Manager on priorities, roadmap, and business value
• Act as the main interface between stakeholders (operations, engineering, commercial, leadership) and the development team
• Protect the backlog from fragmented or unstructured demands, ensuring focus and coherence
• Support pre-sales and product discussions when needed, with a structured understanding of the product
• Contribute to continuous improvement of both the product and ways of working
• Mentor and support junior team members, raising the overall level of product execution

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments
• Strong experience working with complex, data-driven products
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear and executable solutions
• Solid interaction with engineering teams, understanding technical trade-offs and constraints
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance business value, technical effort, and user impact
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in real product environments
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to challenge requests and say no with clear reasoning
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Familiarity with UX principles and tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
• Knowledge of Engineering or related fields (Exact Sciences).
