Learn more about itTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Partner Sales Director to our Partner Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil!The Partner Sales Director will play a crucial role in Wellhub's growth strategy, being responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner portfolio. The selected professional will lead a diverse team of executives, ensuring a service coverage that maximizes Wellhub's value proposition for our partners. Furthermore, the ability to conduct strategic negotiations and establish strong relationships with key partners will be essential, always to optimize our margins and ensure the financial sustainability of the business.YOUR IMPACT
- Understand gym partners' needs and requirements, and develop strategies to measure and boost engagement. strengthening our relationship with our most valuable partners;
- Support the development of special projects aimed at implementing best-in-class processes to enhance efficiency and local performance;
- Conduct strategic analyses to inform key business decisions and support major company negotiations;
- Perform competitive analysis and design tactical plans to protect and strengthen our gym network;

- Solid experience in Key Account Management or a related field.
- Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with a knack for seeking information, solving complex challenges, gathering resources, and achieving results in demanding environments.
- A collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
