- Leads and manages all aspects of supporting, implementing and improving business processes for the business units/ functions/ regions in one or more of the processes in these areas:
- Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) – Logistics, SCM, QTC process, localization such as tax, fiscal and legal for sales and any order customer order type, integration with vendors and any other global platform like Opentext, CPQ, Customer Portal.
- Provide expertise in the design and application of the business process & system integration.
- Ensure the process design and system usage aligns to business/regional, functional strategy.
- Provide business case rationale and requirements for enhancements to processes and system. Ensure integration across processes is considered.
- Ensure the local application and adoption of the standard Global Design, the work processes and master data.
- Support the development of the organizational capabilities related to their mega process and the overall Business Process Management strategy.
- Partner with the Business process network on process and system enhancements. Remain closely linked to process leadership and the Super User network.
- Proactively communicate to the Super User network. Facilitate Super User meetings to drive best practices and the execution of projects and day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with the business to define the metrics for their process area. Gain consensus on metric definitions, specifications and format. Apply data-based analysis to assist the business in improving key performance indicators. Manage the design development, communication, and training associated with the metrics for their respective area.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the business (application of business process, master data, roles and responsibilities, and system use).
- Drive process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools. Use Continuous Improvement capabilities (Six Sigma, Lean, MES, and validation tools coupled with ERP).
- Support the change readiness of the unit/function/region to adopt process initiative. Reinforce the need for change so efforts are sustained long term.
- Completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration and/or related fields;
- Fluent English and Portuguese;
- Intermediate Spanish;
- Experience in Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma;
- Strong Functional Experience in SAP and interfaces.
