Sr Medical Manager

• ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the country medical strategy to support cross-functional/franchise objectives, collaborating across functions.
• Interpret medical data, define and execute dissemination strategies.
• Develop and implement country strategies for Non-Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trials, including maximizing the use of registries/RWE generation.
• Serve as the country medical resource for TA and product training.
• Share clinical insights on country MEs' needs with Development and Commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with information and communication regulations (P3 and local regulations).
• Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
• RequirementsDegree and postgraduate degrees in healthcare.
• At least 5 years of experience in the medical field within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Leadership experience in pre-launches and launches of new products in Brazil.
• Experience and knowledge of breast cancer within the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem.
• Previous experience in a cross-cultural environment.
• Ability to collaborate across borders.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
