
Project Manager for Ecommerce Marketing Agency (US Based/Remote)

- Lead and manage all aspects of ecommerce marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams, including creative, analytics, and technology, to execute marketing strategies!
- Facilitate regular project meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and adjust project plans as needed.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze project performance and present findings to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (designers, copywriters, strategists) to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor task completion using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
- Help QA final email/SMS assets before they go live.
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
- Host weekly or bi-weekly check-ins and ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals.
- Maintain client project trackers, timelines, and campaign calendars.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams (design, strategy, copy).
- Create and deliver monthly performance reports across Klaviyo/SMS platforms (open rate, CTR, revenue, A/B test wins, etc.).
- Surface trends and insights to help clients understand what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Provide basic commentary or visualizations of retention KPIs and benchmarks.
- Support the team in optimizing internal workflows and SOPs.
- Help templatize reporting and streamline campaign handoffs.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an eCommerce, marketing, or digital agency setting.
- Familiar with email marketing tools (especially Klaviyo) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue attribution, etc.).
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or Asana).
- Bonus: experience with SMS platforms (Postscript, Attentive), reporting dashboards, or marketing automation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and clients.

- Comfortable making Loom videos or screen shares to walk clients through reports.
