Based on different sources, such as trainings, surveys, market data, etc, develop a strong and complete category and shopper understanding as an enabler to prepare the category plan and run properly the activities during the exercise.
Category Plan
Coordinate Category Plan for the brands aligned with the consumer activities with visibility and price promo (ensuring positive ROI) with the aim to develop the KInder Kids category with specific actions for its segments in a susteinable way. Discuss the trade-offs in terms of implementations with Channel and RTM managers to ensure the feasibility of the plan.
Business Monitoring
Monthly detailed performance analysis of the categories using different sources such as Nielsen, Customers Sell-Out, Distribution, Stocks, My Perfect Store, correlating KPIs, identifying points of opportunities and developing action plans with Channel and RTM Managers.
S&OP
Following the guidelines, build the volumes for the year with Marketing through the building blocks targets calculation and alignnment. During the exercise, using the Business Monitoring and Post-Mortems, understand the actual versus plans and recalculate the YTG, ensuring the accuracy of the plan, providing the necessary volume for the market.
POSM Development
Develop the Temporary and Permanent POS Material, ensuring the best communication for the brand and the shopper, an adequate volume of products and solutions for the different retail environment.
Category Insights
Develop Selling Stories and Argumentations to support the team to implement Events, Innovations, Special Executions, etc, using for this the Category and Shopper Understanding.
Promotions Management
Monthly deep control of the Promotion investment versus the plan, ensuring the correct phasing and the correct utilization.
Project Management
PMO of the Easter event ensuring all governance, communication and alignment - and as final deliverable that all steps happens properly and on time.Quem buscamos:Experiência2 a 4 anos
