What's involved in this role? It's fair to say that no two days are alike - so this position suits someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving. You'll be working to:
- Define and execute pricing strategies across Books categories to drive competitiveness
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to recommend timely pricing adjustments
- Track and report key metrics to leadership from scoping through execution, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with vendor manager, account managers and central pricing teams to drive automation and scalability of pricing processes through tooling and workflow improvements
- Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies, global and regional guidelines, and regulatory requirementsBasic Qualifications- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience automating a complex process
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in deal management and pricing strategy, or financial consultingPreferred Qualifications- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
