- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer relation, driving sales, managing promoter performance, and maintaining high operational and visual merchandising standards.
- Key Responsibilities:1, Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- 2, Lead, train, and motivate a team of promoters to meet sales and service goals.
- 3, Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- 4, Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- 5, Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- 6, Experience of working together with branding team to organize online and offline sales campaigns .
- Qualifications:Fluent English is a must.
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager for mobile phone or other 3C product, 1 year and aboveStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
