Position Title: Manual QANumber of open positions: 3Type: Contract (full time hours) - RemoteLocation: Any State in BrazilGeneral Description:As a Manual QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing new and existing features of our applications in both web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver top tier products.This is an English speaking position and you must be able to clearly communicate with both clients and the team.Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Must have experience working with Zephyr: test case creation, bug reports, progress reports, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively represent QA perspectives during backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Create and execute detailed test cases (web and mobile), test plans, test scenarios and updating test cases as needed
  • Proactively contribute to story grooming by identifying and proposing relevant testing scenarios prior to story acceptance, ensuring alignment on test strategy across the team.
  • Testing both web and mobile applications
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira
  • Work in a fast paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
  • Must be able to meaningfully collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments on a daily basis
  • Able to accurately debug and find defects while working in a fast paced environment.
  • Validate bug fixes and assist with release verification
  • Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices
Your Experience:
  • 4+ years of manual QA testing experience (both mobile and web)
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Must be actively communicate with with a highly collaborative QA and cross functional software teams
  • Superior documentation skills
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Able to think critically to work through various technical issues with the team as required
  • Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
