Learn more about and how we can .What role you will play in our teamWe are seeking a skilled SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) System Analyst professional to support and optimize our end-to-end OTC processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. This role involves configuring SAP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless order management, billing, and cash application within an Agile delivery environment..More About UsResponsible for the design, implementation, and support of foundational platform components in a large and complex SAP landscape, including systems deployed under the SAP RISE model. This role follows established standards and guidelines and operates as part of a global team supporting both on-premises and cloud-based SAP environments.What you will do

Provide Follow The Sun (FTS) incident management support for all SAP systems, including those hosted via SAP RISE.
Maintain system integrity, availability, and controls across SAP instances within ExxonMobil, spanning on-prem and cloud environments.
Deliver stakeholder reports and metrics with key performance indicators, including cloud service SLAs.
Coordinate technical execution of large cross-functional activities requiring synchronicity across SAP RISE and traditional landscapes.
Collaborate with EMIT and hyperscaler support teams (e.g., AWS, Azure) to restore service during unplanned outages.
Analyze technical requirements for SAP RISE onboarding and cloud integration.
Produce and update BASIS standards documentation, including cloud-specific configurations and SAP RISE architecture.
Build and test Proof of Concept systems in SAP RISE and BTP environments.
Perform system administration activities across NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA, HANA, and cloud-based components.
Implement system and alert monitoring using tools like SAP Solution Manager, Focused Run, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Provide regular system maintenance services (RFCs, SAP profiles, file system cleanup, login groups/load balancing, etc.).
Own and resolve platform-related problems through structured problem management.
Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancement packs, and cloud service updates.
Support infrastructure changes including DB, OS, and hardware upgrades in hybrid environments.
Monitor capacity (CPU, disk, spool, memory) across both on-prem and cloud-hosted systems.
Analyze and resolve performance issues, including those in SAP RISE-hosted environments.
Execute disaster recovery and cyber recovery tests, including cloud failover scenarios.
Respond to EarlyWatch and RISE-specific health check reports.
Manage housekeeping jobs and automation scripts.
Provide rotational on-call support during off-hours.
Build and configure SAP systems according to standard practices, including SAP RISE provisioning and onboarding workflows.

About youQualifications

SAP NetWeaver ABAP & JAVA (Solution Manager, S/4HANA, Technical Monitoring, LaMa, Focused Run)
SAP HANA administration and optimization
Experience with SAP RISE, including cloud provisioning, SLAs, and hyperscaler coordination
Scripting skills: PowerShell, Shell scripting (for automation and monitoring)
Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, and cloud-native tools
Minimum of 5 years of BASIS experience, with at least 1-2 years in cloud/SAP RISE environments preferred
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Experience in hybrid SAP landscapes (on-prem + cloud)
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced/Fluente English
