- Use strong business insight to develop and communicate a compelling value proposition while sticking to company growth and profit objectives.
- Responsible for Forecasting all M&U business in assigned selling region - Salesforce funnel, and accuracy / quality of forecasts.
- Support the sales group of the assigned countries in fleet analysis, opportunity search, convincing business cases, workshops etc.Coordinate Salesforce Fleet Clean-Up.
- Support “Clean Handover” to the commercial and executing teams for every new project. Responsibilities include supporting the final Purchase Order review and capture; and participating in all internal and external kickoff meetings. Detect and evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of oOEM opportunities with support from the PCCs.
- Meet SE sales, booking and earning objectives while representing the customer requirements. Manage expense governance within SE corporate guidelines.
- Monitor market activity and trends, including our competition, and provide feedback. Support industry tradeshows - both locally and globally.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience with Rotating equipment sales and/or capital project business development experience
- Willing to travel within assigned territory (Domestic or International Travel)
- Strategically oriented with a detailed knowledge of products, services, and markets of industrial steam turbines with a strong understanding of steam turbine performance and applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across organizational and international boundaries
- Self-motivated with high energy drive and business sense
- Experience with SE's Industrial Steam Turbine models is preferable
