Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.What role you will play in our teamWe are looking for a Device Management Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing device configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.What you will doKey Responsibilities:
  • Configuration Manager Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the Configuration Manager infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collections and Deployments: Create and manage collections, and oversee software and hardware deployments.
  • Application Management: Handle the deployment and management of applications through Configuration Manager and Intune.
  • Client Management: Troubleshoot and resolve client management issues, including software center and application installation problems.
  • Intune Communication and Policies: Manage Intune communication, policies, and deployments to ensure compliance and security.
  • Certificate Management: Oversee the management of digital certificates, ensuring secure communication and authentication across devices.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for Configuration Manager and Intune-related issues, including application installation problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
About youWe are looking for a specialist who excels in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong teamwork, and coordination experience with support teams or business clients. Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficient in Intune communication, policies, and deployments. Also, strong troubleshooting skills in Intune communication, policies, and certificate management. Technical requirements include:Mandatory:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in device management using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.
  • Proficient in Configuration Manager infrastructure, collections, deployments, and application management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in client management, software center, and application installation issues.
  • Advanced/Fluent English
Nice to have:
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar are preferred
  • Previous experience working with Oil/Gas industry.
