  • - Manage complex projects to develop new business and increase DHL''s visibility among selected prospects.
  • - Conduct market studies and feasibility assessments to evaluate market potential and analyze target groups.
  • - Prospect new business development opportunities through market research and marketing initiatives.
  • - Initiate contact with prospects, identify decision-makers, and understand their strategic challenges.
  • - Assess prospective customer needs and align them with DHL''s services.
  • - Develop leads, prepare complex proposals, and conduct negotiations to close deals.
  • - Maintain relationships with prospects and key accounts, coordinating team activities.
  • - Collaborate with management to coordinate customer requests and promoted services.
  • - Stay informed about key trends impacting business development plans.
  • - Continuously enhance business development techniques and effectively resolve problems.
  • - Provide support to less experienced team members, offering direction and guidance as needed.
  • Requirements: - Expertise in New Business Development, Account Management, Selling, Persuasion, Customer Value Proposition, Contract Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, Revenue Growth, Project Management, Influencing, and Presentation.
  • - Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
  • - Fluent English.
  • - Strong Excel skills.
