- Lead and inspire the Latin American sales organization to achieve and exceed ambitious targets while developing a world-class team of sales professionals.
- Partner with global sales leaders to establish, document, and drive adoption of sales best practices and key performance metrics across all regions.
- Partner with LATAM Managing Director to provide strategic regional direction and tactical plans to capitalize on the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape in Latin America, ensuring Sovos maintains its market leadership.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless integration of sales with other business functions.
- Drive organizational process improvements and change management initiatives that enhance our sales effectiveness in a dynamic, high growth environment.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years successfully leading sales teams, with experience in Latin American markets
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in the technology industry, with SaaS or enterprise software experience strongly preferred.
- Outstanding leadership abilities with demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Spanish and Portuguese to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
