- This role requires a strong communicator with experience in building relationships with donors, sponsors, alumni, and community partners.
- The coordinator will also work closely with the school leadership to implement effective development campaigns, foster a culture of giving, and increase community engagement.
- Responsibilities: Fundraising Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive annual fundraising plan to meet the schools financial and development goals.
- Campaigns & Events: Organize and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, such as capital campaigns, online giving drives, auction evenings, and alumni engagement events.
- Donor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and current donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Develop and implement donor recognition programs.
- Research, identify, and apply for grants and sponsorship opportunities that align with the schools mission (Ex: Lei de incentivo ao esporte).

- Alumni Engagement: Work with alumni to foster lifelong connections to the school and to encourage giving.
- Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising content, including newsletters, social media posts, and donor appeals.
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor contributions, and financial reports.
- Provide regular updates on fundraising progress to leadership.
- Budget Management: Track and manage the fundraising budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution of events and initiatives.
- Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- English fluency is essential for this position, as communication with international stakeholders will be a core part of the role.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience.
