
Strategy & Intelligence Specialist(Fashion) - TikTok Shop

- Act as strategic POC for internal teams on creator initiatives, hero product growth, advertising performance, campaign efficiency
- Lead data analysis and insights to support category and subcategory development strategies
- Coordinate the execution of monthly campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase GMV and content output (Lives, Videos)
- Monitor, evaluate and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, GMV per dollar spent)
- Track and report on hero product penetration and scalability by subcategory
- Work closely with Creator and Ads teams to match merchant needs with performance drivers
- Partner with Creator teams to develop an active & engaged Fashion creator community for TikTok ShopQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Growth, or E-commerce; experience with Creators is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action
- Comfortable handling large data sets and building dashboards (Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, campaign logic and category merchandising is a plus
