Increase portfolio share and bring world-class project management to every opportunity! The CPM position leads a cross-functional team capturing construction projects, from initial design to execution, to achieve large portfolio share using Hilti solutions for all customers, shareholders, owners, EPC, specifiers and contractors.What You'll do

Build and lead the team to maximize revenue and meet profitability (P&L) standards across a designated project portfolio
Manage the project portfolio in Brazil
Responsible for project management, including order execution
Responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines
Responsibilities include travel (60% of your time)

What You’ll Bring

College graduation is required
Advanced English is required
Ability to negotiate at different hierarchical levels
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales targets and execution deadlines, while preserving quality and profitability
It comprises commercial, technical, logistical, financial, legal and other aspects related to the offer of complex solutions that combine product, services and software
Able to lead teams remotely, communicate at the top management level and across organizations, lead without direct reporting, mentor others, and work in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
